Purpose :

To provide financial assistance to Professional and Self Employed Persons i.e. Doctors, Chartered Accountants, Architects for acquiring Fixed Assets, Machinery, Equipments and Office setup etc.

Loan Amount :

1. For Doctors Loans upto Rs.1.00cr.will be sanctioned for Construction of Hospital Building, Machinery, Equipments and for MBBS Graduates cash credit of RS. 2.00 Lakh, for post graduates like MD, MS.DCP, DCH.
2. For Chartered Accountants Bank will sanctioned a limits of RS.5.00lac for purchasing office, furniture etc.
3. For Architects Rs. 1.00 lac in the form of Cash credit.

Rate Of Interest / EMI :

Card Rates applicable (p.a.), Interest will be applied monthly basis on outstanding amount. EMI Starts at Rs. 1687* per month & it is up to RS. 10800* per month. Depending on your tenure.

Period :

1. Maximum period for repayment is 180 months for doctors term loan and 60months for other term loans.
2. Maximum period for repayment is 36 months for cash credit Limits.

Security :

1. Bank will create first charge on asset created out of Loan.
2. In Addition to above Security; Bank will ask for collateral security Of 100% of Sanction Amount.

Guarantor :

Two guarantors of good means are required.

Documents :

1. Applicant -

Photo, Photo ID, Residence proof, Income Proof such as Last 3 months Salary slip or Last Three years Balance Sheet and Tax Returns, Copy of Degree Certificate, Title Documents such as Sale Deed, P. R. Card, Sanction Plan, Tax Receipts (Recent), Permission for Construction, Estimates in case of construction, Search and Valuation from Paneled Advocate & Valuer Etc.
