Purpose :

To satisfy the needs of the farmers associated with the Bank.

Loan Amount :

1. Scale of finance approved by Board of Directors (Based on NABARD norms).
2. In case of term loan 70% of total project.

Rate Of Interest / EMI:

Card Rates applicable (p.a.), Interest will be applied monthly basis on outstanding amount. EMI Starts at RS.1600* per month. Depending on your tenure.

Period :

1. Maximum period for repayment is 36 months (Subject to Bank rule).
2. Maximum period for repayment is 60 months.

Security :

Agricultural Land 3 times the value of loan amount.

Guarantor :

Two Guarantors of good means are required.

Documents :

1. Applicant -

Photo, Photo ID, Residence proof, Income Proof, Gold, 7/12 extracts, Pherphar, Chatursima, Valuation from Agricultural Valuer, Quotations, Project report.

2. Guarantor -
